Collaborators: ISR HOMELAB Research Group (Richard Gonzalez, Co-Director)

Funding: NCATS grant through the Michigan Institute for Clinical and Health Research (UM1TR004404)

Grant: (UM1TR004404)

Project Summary: The ABI program utilized the BRITE Feedback System in one of their studies – “Stress and Well-Being in the Lives of Caregivers Study” (SWEL Care; HUM00171739). The purpose of the Feedback Survey is to provide the ABI team with feedback to improve their research practices (Quality Improvement). The SWEL Care study focuses on the daily experiences, well-being and cardiovascular health of individuals living with a family member/friend who has dementia. The SWEL Care project involves caregiving dyads – an individual with dementia and a caregiver who most often (but not always) is the spouse or adult child of the person with dementia.
